слишком долго шел заказ. и по истечении срока доставки продавец молча поставил статус выполнен, а не продлил срок. АлиЭкспресс также не проявил заинтересованности в разрешении спора. ну, одна радость - не прошло полгода, фата пришла. уже совершенно ненужная
